Mrs. Saylee Sandeep Bidwai was awarded as ‘Distinguished Assistant Professor’ by the Computer Society of India at IIT Bombay (Jan 2017)- for Successfully demonstrating innovative and outstanding teaching methodology, mentoring, and networking Academia-Industry programs for the symbolic benefit of the stakeholders in the institute and industry. She also won the “Indian Achievers’ Award for Excellence in Education, 2021-22” in Jan 2022. She aims to pursue research with special emphasis on Network on Chip architectures as well as to work for protecting IPs. Pursued education in Intellectual Property Law, undergone advanced training in Patent Drafting, and working as a subject matter expert at AM Legal Associates, Pune. Her volunteered activities like Industry interaction through MoUs and center of excellence, hosting placement drive, Incepting PG course in VLSI & Embedded System (first of its kind in Shivaji University), conducted many courses for students and faculty in coordination with industry. Handholding for many Startups. Now, contributing to the development of Engineering students through academics, IP guidance, handholding for establishing start-ups, and encouraging entrepreneurs.
