No. This is a pro-bono engagement. However, mentors receive ample visibility, curated invites to AmpliNxt summits, access to internal pitch events, and an opportunity to co-create change in India’s AECO sector.

Mentors at AmpliNxt are expected to:
- Respect confidentiality and boundaries
- Avoid imposing personal agendas
- Provide feedback constructively and respectfully
- Not substitute mentorship with counselling, training, or investment advice
- Be honest about their availability and limitations
- Empower the mentee, not direct their business
- Avoid creating dependency and enable mentee autonomy
- Never breach privacy or confidentiality without consent
