TIDE 2.0
Overview
The TIDE 2.0 Challenge Grant, supported by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) and hosted by incubators like SIIC, IIT Kanpur, is a national-level competition to support innovators, students, and startups in developing prototypes and market-ready solutions.
The program focuses on two crucial domains – Healthcare and Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) – and provides both financial grants and mentoring support to top innovators.

Awards (Prototype Grants)
Top innovators/startups receive grants for prototype development:

Process Flow
1. Application & Registration
a. Teams apply online through the hosting incubator (e.g., SIIC, IIT Kanpur).
b. Free registration – no application or webinar fees.
2. Webinar Series & Mentorship
Applicants attend functional and domain-specific training sessions.
3. Round 1 – Submission
a. Submit Proof of Concept (PoC) and initial pitch deck.
4. Round 2 – Jury Pitch
a. Shortlisted teams present their idea to an expert jury panel.
5. Final Round – Award & Grant
a. Winners announced and awarded prototype grants (₹5–8 lakh).
b. Access to incubation, mentorship, and follow-on opportunities under TIDE 2.0.
