Venkat was previously the Global Chief Information Officer at Wockhardt Pharma & Hospitals. He has designed and implemented automation and productivity-enhancing IT systems in organizations like StarTV, Pfizer, IBM, TVS Motor, Xerox and Canon USA, etc. Venkat is a Physics and Electronics graduate from India, holds a double MBA from India in Marketing and in Information Systems from University of Bridgeport, USA. Currently he is also an Operating Partner with Xponentia Capital Partners and is an active investor in Technology Startups. He is an independent Director at Stockholding DMS Ltd and Pahal Financial services, Ahmedabad.
